Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your Woostroid2 account and find all your order information. Click on « My Orders » and click on « View Details » and you can click on « Track » to find out where your package is. You can also submit a ticket to find out about your order.

Nope, you don’t need to have an account to place an order with Woostroid2. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out.  When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.  Doing so won’t create an account and it won’t result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.

Questions to the Woostroid2 should be submitted only via the Contact Page on the Woostroid2 website. Information on the Call will be updated regularly on the Woostroid2 website and will include answers to all questions that have been submitted to the Woostroid2. It is therefore strongly recommended to regularly consult the website.
